Lincoln Municipal Airport

The Lincoln Municipal Airport (FAA LID: K71) is a public use airport in Lincoln County, KS. It is owned by the City of Lincoln, also known as Lincoln Center, and located two nautical miles (4 km) northwest of the central business district. The airport’s role in the Kansas Airport System Plan has been identified as a Community airport. Community airports serve a supplemental role in the local economies, primarily serving smaller business, recreational, and personal flying. The FAA considers Lincoln Municipal as a non-NPIAS airport.  Currently, the primary runway’s length is 2700 feet and width is 370 feet.  The runway surface is turf. Lincoln County Public Transportation

Lincoln County Public Transportation (LCPT) provides transportation in and out of the county for medical, nutritional, business and pleasure purposes. The LCPT operates Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Regularly scheduled trips to Salina are on Monday afternoons and all day on Wednesdays.  Trips to Beloit, Ellsworth and Minneapolis are available upon advance request.
