Jennifer O’Hare, county attorney and long-time partner in the Metz & O’Hare law firm in Lincoln, has left Metz and formed her own firm, O’Hare Law.
“It was a very difficult decision to move the county attorney’s office and my own practice, as I have worked in some capacity with Daniel Metz, Attorney at Law, for over a decade,” O’Hare said. “Mr. Metz was very gracious to me when I came back to Lincoln after law school, but the time constraints and activity of the office of the county attorney eventually caused me to find additional space in downtown Lincoln.”
O’Hare’s private practice opened in May 2014, at 108 W. Lincoln Ave., after what she called “a very amicable” split from Metz.
“I am really just happy to be able to work and live in the community I love,” O’Hare said.
O’Hare Law is a general practice law firm, dealing primarily with civil and trial practice, estate planning, trusts, real estate, business, corporate, and domestic law.
Katie Good continues to serve as O’Hare’s legal secretary.
