GOVERNING BODY ACCEPTING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS FOR SHEPPARD SUBDIVISION

The City Council of the City of Lincoln Center, Kansas is accepting proposals for development in the subdivision of the Sheppard Addition to the City of Lincoln Center, Kansas, and is open to all persons interested. Any person with an idea or plan for development must submit a letter of interest no later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, and a development plan no later than 60 days from the date of publication of this notice for consideration.

Proposals submitted to the governing body should provide as many details of the project as possible, such as the number of units to be constructed, proposed rental rate, sale price range, proposed timeline for development, and the cost of development. Any decision pertaining to the unoccupied lots in the Sheppard Subdivision shall be reserved solely for the governing body of City of Lincoln Center.
