You’re Invited to the Ripple Effects Mapping
Next Tuesday, August 24th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Vesper Community Center, the Post Rock Community Foundation (PRCF) will be hosting a Ripple Effects Mapping workshop to discuss how projects have impacted their local communities.
Nadine Sigle from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation will be leading the event. Participants will tell their story about projects, how it came about, who was involved, and what were the outcomes. As they tell their stories, a mind map is created for each community. Others in the audience can add to the story as it evolves.
All communities (Lincoln, Sylvan Grove, Denmark, Barnard, Vesper, and Beverly) are invited to highlight their projects. Each community will be asked to share the changes they have seen in the past five years. The projects do not need to be tied to a PRCF grant.
All are encouraged to attend, including past PRCF grant recipients as well as anyone interested in applying for a grant or learning more about the process and effects that these grants have on their communities. Light refreshments will be provided.
