Farm Service Agency (FSA)

Farm Service Agency (FSA) is a USDA agency that administers most federal farm programs involving crops and livestock for eligible farmers and ranchers. FSA makes low-interest loans for commodity marketing farm ownership and operating expenses and storage structures. FSA is in charge of the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) Direct and Counter-cyclical Payments (DCP) and all emergency conservation and crop/livestock disaster programs. Hours: Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
